Using your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to place orders.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. An order is confirmed once you receive an order number.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is due in full at the time of delivery.

Delivery

We aim to deliver next day within serviceable PIN codes and the slot you select. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather or logistics.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel an order while it is still “Placed” or “Confirmed”. Our freshness guarantee and refund terms are described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

Tokri Bazaar is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law & jurisdiction
