Our freshness guarantee
Every order is backed by our freshness guarantee. If any item arrives damaged, spoiled or below our quality standard, we'll refund it in full — no photos, no forms, no fuss.
How to request a refund
- Open Dashboard → My Orders and select the affected order
- Tell us which item wasn't right (within 24 hours of delivery)
- We process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days
Cancellations
You can cancel an order yourself while it is still “Placed” or “Confirmed”. Once an order is “Packed” or out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled — but our freshness guarantee still applies on arrival.
Perishable goods
Because we sell fresh produce, we cannot accept physical returns of perishable items for hygiene reasons. Instead, we issue refunds or replacements for anything that doesn't meet our standard.
