What to know before you order from Tokri Bazaar.
Tokri Bazaar sells three kinds of products — fresh produce, packaged groceries, and electronics & appliances. Each behaves a little differently, so here's what applies to each.
Fresh vegetables & fruits
Fresh produce is a natural product — colour, size, shape and weight can vary slightly from what's shown on the app, and this variation is normal, not a defect. We hand-pick every order to our usual quality standard, but produce is perishable and its condition depends on ripeness at the time of picking.
Food & grocery products
Packaged food images are for reference — pack size, quantity and design may change slightly based on what the manufacturer currently ships. Ingredients, nutritional information, allergens and expiry dates are set by the manufacturer and printed on the pack; please check the pack itself before consuming, especially if you have an allergy or dietary restriction. We don't alter or repack sealed grocery items.
Electronics & home appliances
Product photos, specifications and colours are for reference and may differ slightly from the actual unit due to manufacturer updates or display settings. Warranty, service and support for electronics are provided by the respective brand/manufacturer, not Tokri Bazaar — see our Returns & Refunds page for how inspection, replacement and warranty claims work.
General
We try to keep prices, descriptions and availability on the app accurate and up to date, but errors can occasionally happen — if something's wrong with your order because of a listing error, we'll make it right rather than hold you to it. Tokri Bazaar is not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (weather, road closures, etc.).
