How does delivery work?

Order before 9 PM and choose a two-hour delivery slot for the next day. We currently deliver across Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand (Rudrapur, Kichha, Dineshpur, Gadarpur and nearby, within 25 km of our store) — check your PIN code on the home page or at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery on everyday orders — pay cash when it arrives. For big appliances (orders above ₹5,000) we ask for a small advance online to reserve the item; the rest is still cash at your door.

Question 3

Can I really pay ₹18,999 in cash for a fridge?

Accepted Answer

Almost. Reserve it with a small advance online (15%, at most ₹2,000) and pay the remaining balance in cash to our team at your door — after you've seen the appliance. The advance is what lets us load a tempo and bring it to you; it's fully refunded if you cancel before dispatch.

Do appliances come with a warranty?

Yes. Every appliance is delivered factory-sealed with the manufacturer's warranty, and we hand you the bill and the warranty card. If you need a service request later, call us and we'll help you raise it.

Question 5

Do you install the fridge or mount the TV?

Accepted Answer

Big appliances are delivered by our own team, not a courier — so tell us the floor and we'll plan the lift. Basic placement and a working demo are included in the ₹299 appliance delivery charge (waived if you pay online). Wall-mounting and plumbing are chargeable extras — just ask.

What if the appliance is damaged or faulty?

Check the box and the item at your door before our team leaves — that's your inspection. If it's damaged or dead on arrival, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it (unused, original box, all accessories). After that the manufacturer's warranty applies and we'll help you claim it. Is there a minimum order value?

There's no minimum order. Delivery is free on orders above ₹399; a small ₹29 fee applies below that.

What if my produce isn't fresh?

Accepted Answer

Our freshness guarantee means if anything isn't perfectly fresh, we refund that item instantly — no photos, no forms. Just reach out from your Orders page.

Question 9

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — orders can be cancelled from your dashboard while they're still 'Placed' or 'Confirmed'. Stock is automatically restocked when you cancel.

How do I track my order?

Open Dashboard → My Orders to see a live status tracker for every order, from 'Packed' to 'Out for delivery' to 'Delivered'.
